We have scaled into MCO since we have tested the August 2017 lows and managed to hold them as well as put in a higher high and higher low on the daily chart. Entry was on a return to the OTE level from the local high. Momentum is recharging for the bulls and we are watching closely to add further to our position of a break of the 0.000xx resistance. The position sizing is still well within our max X% as we continue to scale in through the bear market and wait patiently for the return of the bull market.
